Announced

Fluxys c-grid Wallonia is Fluxys c-grid (Fluxys Belgium, Pipelink, Socofe, SFPI)'s carbon capture and storage project at Wallonia, Belgium.

Why it matters

Nothing has been committed to it yet.

Where Fluxys c-grid Wallonia is

Fluxys c-grid Wallonia is at Wallonia, Belgium, and this register holds no position for it. The company has confirmed the site and no citable source places the works: it is being built where nobody has yet drawn it. The row is held anyway — position is not a condition of being on file — and what was searched, and what was found instead, is below.

NO POSITION SOUGHT BY THIS PASS. Brief 8 forbids geocoding in a census — a municipality is not a point — and the source that admits this row names Wallonia and not a position. Transport and storage is the sector where that bites hardest: a pipeline is a route rather than a place, and a store is a reservoir whose position its operator rarely publishes. The row is admitted without one, on the rule that position is not an admission leg.
